I'm at a loss of words right now...

That has got to be the single most awesome picture anyone has ever drawn for me That is absolutely amazing!! And you did it with colored pencil?! Man, everything is just so perfect - the hair, the awesome clothes, the fur texture, everything! Nothing needs to be changed for when you send it out. And good choice for the band (and the title for that matter!). Queensryche is one of my favorite bands, if you couldn't tell

So once again, thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!! We definitely have to do another commission next time you do them. Maybe next time you could do my rat character since they seem to be your favorite animal

I'm so glad you like it! As I said in the description, this was a lot of fun to do and I'll gladly take on any additional pieces should you ever decide to commission me again Perhaps something a little more ambitious or complex next time, now that I've got a bit of practice under my belt :P
[Also- I didn't know you had a rat character, I should draw her with mine sometime :3]

As far as the image goes, I touched up the background and the contrast a bit and added some texture here and there, but other than that this is pretty true to the original. I haven't done a full character in a while so it was good practice, and it helped finally break me of my 6+ month art block!

Seems college turned me off to art for a while, and I came pretty close to just abandoning it on several occasions... Of course it's in the month before graduation that my muse decides to return :P

Well, I'm glad I could get you out of your art block . I'm kinda having that same problem but with writing. I've been in a writing block for like the past year or so, and it's starting to make me mad .

And yes, actually now that I think about it, I have two rat characters, a male and a female. The female is my original character named Candy (yeah, kind of an odd name for a rat) and the male is based off of my friend Anthony. They're supposed to be anthros, but so far I only have a few sketches of them as natural animals so I could figure out their markings and whatnot. I'll probably upload those later this week

It has its flaws, but hey, I haven't really so much as picked up a pencil since last spring
I should probably work on setting up a portfolio of sorts one of these days...
